So, what is this CFR business, anyway?

The Code of Federal Regulations, or CFR, is the annually revised compendium of all federal laws of the United States.

• Lab Safety Supply Inc. has written a nice introduction describing the CFR, and how to decipher the arcane looking references to it (i.e. 29 CFR 1910.1450(a)(2)(i)).
• The Knight and Law libraries at the University of Oregon have copies of the CFR.
